Which league is best for me / us ?

We run the following leagues:

Monday

Ladies beginner league

Tuesday

Ladies IntermediateMixed Advanced

Wednesday

Ladies IntermediateMixed Beginners League

As a guide, if you've played netball before then you'll understand the fundamentals of versatility - footwork, distance, contact and the like are all exactly the same.

Whilst there are a few additional rules in versatility (they're simple to pick up!), if you've mastered the netball basics then its a question of how well you think you can run, throw, catch and shoot as to whether you should play in Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced.

Just so you know - most people think the shooting is going to be really hard but even if you've never shot before - it's not that tough! We use a netball with a basketball hoop and backboard so it's pretty easy to get the hang of it:).
